Recover the progress you made before the address change
The site changed address on 18 October 2026: it used to be
served from blog.stephane-robert.info, it now lives on
www.stephane-robert.info. Links follow, progress does not.
Here is why: the lessons you marked as read are written to your browser's local storage, and that storage is partitioned per site address. What was saved under the old address cannot be read from the new one, exactly as if it were a different site. This page, however, is served by the old address: it can read that data back and hand it to you as a file.
Everything happens in your browser. This page sends nothing over the network, sets no cookie, and keeps no trace of your visit. En français

Then, to put it back
- open www.stephane-robert.info/en/my-learning/ in this same browser;
- scroll down to the "Back up · Restore · Import" block;
- under "Restore", click "Choose a file…" and pick the file you just downloaded;
- the page reloads and shows a report of what was restored.
Keep that file: it is a valid backup, reusable on another device, and the same block lets you make a fresh one whenever you want.
If this page finds nothing
Four possible explanations, most frequent first:
- you are not in the browser or on the device you were reading with. Local storage does not sync across devices: reopen this page from the one you used;
- you are browsing in a private window, or you were back then. Nothing is kept in that mode;
- the site's browsing data has been cleared since. There is then nothing left to recover, and I am sorry;
- your progress was already tied to an account. Nothing is lost at all: sign in on the new address and it comes back.
Storage unavailable
Your browser denies this page access to local storage, which happens in
private browsing or when site data is blocked by a setting or an
extension. Allow storage for stephane-robert.info, then
